In just four weeks, the Strock Real Estate Team brought life back to 378 VISTA ROBLES in Ben Lomond. We went to work upgrading the flooring, painting the interior and exterior, adding new lighting, and overhauling the front and backyard.

Lighting. Lighting makes a huge impact on the overall look of your home. Our designers suggested these upgrades to the homeowner: replacing the dining room hanging pendant, entryway and hallway, bathroom vanities, and exterior lights.
Landscaping. This is the first thing potential homebuyers see. Our designers suggested the following: adding river rock to the front and back, add foliage all-around home, remove firepit, remove path lighting, trim trees at the entryway.
