About Ashley Sidey

Real estate has always been a part of my life. Growing up around real estate investors, construction, and negotiations, I learned early that this profession is centered on people.

I bring extensive hands-on experience to each transaction and have taken a personal approach with every client since 2012. I listen carefully, guide clearly, and negotiate confidently when it matters most. As a wife and mother of two, I am organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.

I live in the Santa Cruz area and support clients throughout the surrounding regions. When I am not working, you will find me with my family, at the beach, or grabbing coffee. Real estate and real life are deeply connected. I am here for both.
