About Daniel Fitch

Real Estate Agent Daniel Fitch was born and raised in Aptos, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere other than the stunning California coast. His family immigrated from Russia, and he feels immensely fortunate that they chose to settle in Santa Cruz County. Instilled with this gratitude from a young age, he is committed to helping others in his community.

 

His mother works as a nonprofit fundraiser, which influenced Daniel to take every opportunity to give back. He has spent countless hours volunteering for a variety of organizations like Dominican Hospital, The Role Model Program, The First Tee, Hartnell College, Half The Sky, and Unravel Pediatric Cancer. He is incredibly grateful for his circumstances and constantly seeks new ways to give back.

 

Real Estate Agent Daniel Fitch entered the real estate field because he is passionate about his community. Prior to joining the Strock Team, he worked as a leasing agent and property manager for an apartment complex in Santa Cruz. After realizing what a positive impact he could have while helping people find a place to call home, he decided he wanted to take it to the next level. It was important for him to work for a team with a reputation for being an asset to the community. When he found Strock, there was no doubt it was the right fit.

 

In his spare time, you’ll probably find him taking advantage of the local scenery and enjoying the great restaurants that surround us. He is a foodie, adventurer, and traveler, and loves animals like family. Daniel also enjoys partnering with his clients as they roadmap their future goals in Santa Cruz County and beyond. He looks forward to seeing what he can do to help you plan your next step.
