REALTOR®Following her heart and her passion for homes and the ocean breeze, Jess has settled into the idyllic Santa Cruz Mountains. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Minor in Psychology. In terms of real estate, her education is always evolving. She continually invests time and thought into the latest sales, marketing, and negotiations techniques.
Her background in marketing and communications for the residential energy efficiency and home performance industry, plus her added experience with vacation and long term rental property management adds to her knowledge of homes. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid honest advice. Genuinely caring about her clients home purchasing and/or selling goals.
Her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. Planting more than her own roots in Santa Cruz County, Jess loves gardening, in the summer months she has various and unique potted herbs and veggies- her favorites she's grown so far is Pineapple Mint and Lime Thyme.
When Jess's not diving into the real estate world, you'll find her pedaling around Santa Cruz, playing with her two dogs, conquering hiking trails, savoring local wines, cooking with fresh foods, and making memories with loved ones.
