About Nadia Matiasevich

Originally from Southern California, I spent a decade working in the Macy’s buying office before moving to Santa Cruz when my husband graduated from dental school. For the past 28 years, I’ve called this beautiful community home. During that time, I worked alongside my husband in his dental practice while also developing a strong passion for real estate.

Over the years, we’ve bought and sold both residential and commercial properties and managed several rental homes of our own. My lifelong interest in house hunting, home décor, and enhancing curb appeal made transitioning into a real estate career a natural next step.

Now, as a real estate professional, I love helping clients find their dream homes and make smart investment choices. Having lived in Santa Cruz County for nearly three decades, I bring deep local knowledge, personal connections, and a genuine love for this area to every transaction.
