Nicole’s diverse experience informs her negotiation, sales, and marketing techniques, as well as the importance of actively listening and empathizing with clients’ wants and needs. Through her past career as a massage therapist and yoga instructor, Nicole is comfortable guiding people through life transitions, from birth, to career changes, to moving and purchasing homes.

 

Raised by residential and commercial property developers, real estate agent Nicole Tonti grew up in a home steeped in real estate and mortgage lending knowledge. After visiting the Amazon forest and witnessing deforestation, Nicole decided to use her knowledge of property development to help solve the crisis. She is currently working with builders and contractors in Colombia to build tree houses that local landowners can rent out to monetize their land, providing an alternative to deforestation.

She currently lives in Santa Cruz with her husband Sam, daughter Tallulah, and stepdaughter Rosalie.
