Sahar El Khatib was born and raised in Kuwait for 14 years before returning to Lebanon for her higher education. Guided by her father’s architecture business, she learned how homes are built for private and public sectors, managing her family's investment properties. Sahar ventured into real estate to better care for these assets, driven by a desire to help others build generational wealth and grow their real estate portfolios.
Sahar earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Lebanese American University, blending her love of design with practical knowledge. She also pursued West African drumming, traveling to Guinea in 2010 to study under grand master Mamady Keita. Later, she performed on international platforms, sharing her passion for the Manding culture.
In 2016, Sahar found her home in Santa Cruz, California, where she worked at Drumskull Drums and served as a Teaching Artist with the Arts Council of Santa Cruz, teaching West African drumming throughout the county. Licensed in California, Sahar specializes in helping her clients navigate the real estate market, whether buying or selling. Beyond the state, she also serves international clients, guiding them through purchasing and selling properties, vacation homes, retirement homes, and investment properties worldwide.
As a real estate professional, Sahar has closed seven sales within her first two years and is proud to be a member of the Strock Team. She is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and secure the best homes for their families locally and internationally.
