Stephanie’s commitment to advocacy and care began early. Growing up in a family that opened their doors to children in need and operated foster care facilities, she developed a deep understanding of what it means to create safe, stable, and supportive homes. As an adult, she worked alongside lawmakers in Sacramento to help shape legislation designed to better protect foster youth—just one example of the hands-on leadership and heart-led advocacy that continues to define her work today.

Her extensive background in special education strengthened her ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and advocate with confidence.
