Stephanie’s commitment to advocacy and care began early. Growing up in a family that opened their home to children in need and ran foster care facilities, she developed a deep understanding of what it means to create safe, stable homes. As an adult, she worked alongside lawmakers in Sacramento to help shape legislation designed to better protect foster youth—just one example of the hands-on leadership and heart-led advocacy that defines her life’s work.

Her extensive background in special education sharpened her ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and advocate effectively. These same strengths now guide her real estate clients through every step of the buying or selling process—with patience, transparency, and deep integrity.
