Meet Zach

Santa Cruz native Zach Kirkpatrick grew up in Aptos, attending Aptos High and Cabrillo College while working in construction. During those years, he worked on remodels and flips, giving him firsthand insight into the craft of building and the details that make a home stand out.

Zach officially entered the industry in 2019 as an Inside Sales Agent, mastering cold calling and learning real estate from the ground up. By 2020, he was a full-time agent, and within a few years, he earned his broker’s license. He combines his construction knowledge with broker-level expertise to guide clients with confidence, whether they’re buying their first home or pursuing their next investment. After five successful years working independently, he joined the Strock Team for its collaborative culture and unmatched resources, which allow him to provide his clients with an unparalleled experience.

Outside of real estate, Zach’s roots run deep in the Santa Cruz Mountains. As a Boy Scout, he spent countless hours hiking, camping, sailing, and completing service projects across the region. Today, he still enjoys exploring the outdoors every week with his dog and staying connected to the community he’s proud to call home.
