Meet Christina
REALTOR®Christina is a fourth generation Santa Cruz County native and resident. Prior to
entering real estate, in 2013, she graduated from Pepperdine university with a
bachelor’s degree in psychology. Upon graduation, she continued her education with
specialized study in Real Estate. Fusing her enjoyment in collaborating with people
and her lifelong love affair with real estate, she is passionate about being an advocate for her clients and enjoys connecting people, property, and possibilities.
Christina has a vast amount of experience in property management of residential and
investment properties, both with her privately owned holdings and her client’s vacation rental properties. She also has extensive experience as a Project Manager
and directly managed over one hundred of the Strock Team's pre-market listing remodel projects. She has a keen eye for design and market trends and offers exceptional insight to homeowners in preparation for selling their home, for top dollar.
She provides impeccable service representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with
attention to detail and meticulous follow-through and uses proven and effective
services that are designed to fit their individual needs. All transactions are handled

Christina embraces all Santa Cruz County has to offer and enjoys hiking the scenic
trailheads and beautiful coastlines with her husband, a local firefighter, and their faithful labrador. Christina does not only love rolling up her sleeves professionally, she also recently completed an extensive remodel of her own home.
