Christina was born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and upon graduation, she continued her education with specialized study in Real Estate to obtain her California real estate license. Fusing her enjoyment in working with people and her lifelong love affair with the real estate industry, she has come back to her beach town roots and is working in partnership with Strock Real Estate in Aptos, CA.

Christina has a vast amount of experience with property management of residential and investment properties, both with her privately owned holdings and a portfolio of her trusted client’s vacation rental properties. She provides impeccable service representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with attention to detail and meticulous follow-through. She has a genuine aptitude and desire for locating the perfect property for her clients, regardless if it’s move-in ready, or a fixer-upper in need of some tender loving care. She has experience in renovation management, working with Santa Cruz County’s Planning Department, and has contacts with contractors of utmost quality countywide that can assist her clients in making a diamond in the rough their turn-key residence. She can be found outside hiking with her furry four-legged rescue pal Shiloh, on her yoga mat practicing yoga, enjoying the coastline, or adventuring to new places in her free time.
