Meet our Strockstar, Gina Provenzano
Gina is our Transaction Coordinator here at Strock Real Estate. Simply put, her job is to make sure that both parties (buyers and sellers, that is) dot their Ts and cross their Is on all transaction paperwork. She makes sure that all disclosures are listed, explained, and properly signed, creating a paper trail throughout the entire process. She strives for accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness, always leaving room to walk clients through the process (it’s a lot of paperwork, and she’s a pro at making it look simple!). Her favorite part about the job is when the escrow closes, which means that everything is completed, and each party is ready to write a new chapter of their story Thanks Gina, we couldn’t do it without you and we’re so fortunate to have you on our team!
