Born in Monterey, Sarah Morgan has always called California home. Spending most of her adult life in Northern California, she always loved the Santa Cruz area and was thrilled to move to Aptos in 2012. She started working at Strock Real Estate immediately and has loved using her decades of experience in real estate to continue building her career here.

She began her career in real estate in 2002 selling new homes throughout Northern California. Working in new home construction and sales for 10 years, Sarah learned about the entire home construction process—from inception through development & building, design, and finally, getting the new homeowners into their home. In addition to her years in new home sales, Sarah has also worked for Apple and has extensive experience in marketing, design, and technology, giving her a fresh perspective on the real estate industry. Sarah has also had a life-long passion for design and especially loves working with clients on the visual aspects of their homes—from staging a property for sale to helping a client envision themselves in a new home.

Sarah has helped sell hundreds of homes throughout her career, but real estate has always been about more than numbers for her, it’s about getting people into their dream homes. More than anything else, Sarah enjoys working with clients and developing long-lasting relationships that extend years beyond helping them buy or sell their home.
