Your personal project coordinator; will be with you from start to finish, keeping you informed along the way. This person will be the point of contact for each contractor, painter, landscaper, or electrician – or whoever walks through your doors that needs assistance for the project. Our listing team will ensure everything is done right with the highest of standards.

From there the baton is passed to our Design/Stager Team. Corrine McKendrick and Christy Bowles will come in and stage your home. They will create a warm and inviting environment by enhancing your home’s natural elements with stylish furniture pieces, plants, artwork, and lighting, both inside and out. Thus, creating an atmosphere that will be visually appealing to a broad spectrum of buyers.

Cue our Marketing Team. Justina Bryant, Neil Roche, Emily Basenese, and Erika James bring fire every day – pushing the boundaries of real estate marketing. Neil is a master of all things multimedia. He comes in full force, taking aerial shots, day and night photos, creating virtual tours, and high-quality videos. He will be showcasing your homes as well as highlighting the surrounding community.

Justina works behind the scenes creating masterful marketing plans and keeps things moving forward. She will ensure your landing pages are intentionally created and functioning. She will plan the grand events, open house flyers and property brochures, as well as broker tours. Emily is our professional writer and social media master. She will work her magic on social media, posting property information. She will be posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube as well as manage ads to maximize online and offline exposure. Together the marketing team will create a user experience like no other.

Our Client Care Team is the glue that keeps it all together. Lucas Trader is a huge asset to the team, as he manages the security and appearance of our listings. He waters the live plants used in staging, makes sure every throw pillow is in place, and conducts a final walk-through to confirm that everything is immaculate. Throughout the project, our Office Manager Lily Dolarian will be manning command central. She fields all incoming calls to the office, is an essential part of the support system for clients, and maintains clear communications among departments. 

Once the offers start rolling in, our Transaction Team gets to work. To say that team members Gina Provenzano, Rachelle Jade, and Michelle Flores are detail-oriented would be an understatement. They operate on a system of checklists that demands that each “T” is crossed and every “I” is dotted.
