Bjorn Berg
As a Santa Cruz Native, real estate agent Bjorn Berg approaches the local real estate market with intuition. He grew up attending local schools, living by the coast, and enjoying every aspect of the Santa Cruz lifestyle. After high school, he attended California State University, Chico, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. That education was very advantageous to his ultimate career path.

The Berg Family was instrumental in developing Downtown San Jose and surrounding urban areas. Immersed from a young age, Bjorn has Real Estate and Construction knowledge beyond his years.
After traveling internationally, moving to San Francisco, and juggling 4 jobs to pay sky-high SF rent, Bjorn revisited the industry that had always been a part of his childhood: Real Estate. This time, as a professional. Initially, he worked at a few brokerages in the Bay Area before returning home to Santa Cruz, where he connected with Ben Strock. Ben was a few years ahead in the industry, and Bjorn quickly recognized an opportunity to learn and grow his business in his hometown.
Outside of work, Bjorn loves to travel near and far. He has dual citizenship in the Netherlands, which allows him to travel through Europe with ease. He has also journeyed to Southeast Asia, Central America, Australia, and South America. Of course, Santa Cruz will always be home, where he enjoys writing music, dirt biking, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
