Early Access Program
Get ahead of the competition. When hot homes hit the market, they often have multiple offers within a few days. To ensure that you have an advantage over other buyers, you get exclusive access to properties that are on and off the market. One of the advantages of working with our team is you will get access to homes BEFORE they hit the market. Our agents have access to these types of listings:
1. Coming Soon Listings: these are homes you won’t be able to see on sites like Zillow.
2. Expired Listings: These are properties that were previously on the market, never sold, and are now off the market.
3. Canceled Listings: These are properties that were previously on the market, but the seller decided to take them off the market for one reason or another.
4. For Sale by Owner: These are properties that are for sale, but the seller has not hired an agent.
5. Specific Neighborhood: If you are interested in a specific neighborhood and we have exhausted all the options listed above, our team will door knock, call, text, email, and/or send direct mail to homeowners in the area.
