Claudia Neri
Claudia later worked in leasing for a newly constructed 492-unit luxury multifamily community in California’s Central Valley. Being part of a large new construction development gave her valuable insight into the development process, leasing strategy, and what people truly value in a home and community. In this role, she worked closely with individuals and families relocating from across the country and around the world for new job opportunities. Guiding people through such an important transition deepened her understanding of the emotional and financial significance behind finding the right place to call home and ultimately strengthened her interest in pursuing residential real estate.
Although real estate had always been an interest of hers, Claudia eventually realized how powerful homeownership can be in creating stability and long-term generational wealth. That realization inspired her to transition into residential real estate, where she could help guide others through one of the most meaningful financial and personal decisions of their lives.
Today, Claudia is proud to be a member of the Strock Team at eXp Realty, where she works with buyers and sellers throughout Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, and surrounding Central Coast communities. Clients often appreciate her calm guidance, attention to detail, and the genuine care she brings to every relationship. Claudia believes real estate is about more than buying or selling property—it’s about helping people build a future and feel confident in the decisions they make along the way.
Outside of real estate, Claudia enjoys living an active and balanced lifestyle. She loves traveling, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors in nature, especially along the California coastline. When she’s not working with clients, you can often find her caring for her growing collection of plants, exploring new places, or spending quality time with family and loved ones. These moments keep her grounded and reflect the same values she brings into her work: curiosity, appreciation for meaningful experiences, and genuine connection with the people around her.
