6am: Coffee on the front deck, ocean doing its thing, nowhere you need to be yet. 9am: Surf board's off the rack, you're down the beach path before most people have found their keys. 12pm: Back home, showered, new floors under your feet, tall ceilings above your head, the kind of place that makes a normal Tuesday feel like a vacation. 3pm: Wander into Aptos or Seacliff. Grab something from the shops, linger longer than planned. 6pm: Back on the front deck, drink in hand, the ocean spread out in front of you. Enjoying as the sunsets. Front row seat, every single night. 8pm: Fireplace on, the living room wrapping around you, the kitchen sitting there with its new countertops looking a little too good for takeout. 10pm: Hot tub, private backyard, stars if you're lucky and no reason to be anywhere else. Ocean views from the front, hot tub out back, beach path close enough to make this your every day. The hard part isn't living here, it's leaving.
