When you live between a golf course, the beach, & a resort, don't be surprised if you develop Spontaneous Vacation Syndrome (SVS). Symptoms may include hitting the links at Seascape Golf Course (just 1/2 mi down the road) on a Tuesday afternoon. Or getting a massage at Seascape Resort instead of attending your afternoon meetings. And every morning begins with a walk on the beach (0.8 mi away). You'll be surprised at how SVS starts to creep in - & it doesn't help that your updated home also feels like a vacation. The main level allows for single-level living, with a beautiful open floorplan, large windows, a central fireplace, massive deck, & main level primary suite. The updated kitchen features granite counters & stainless appliances. Downstairs, another living space & two additional bedrooms give your family plenty of options. You're also in the coveted Rio Del Mar School district. There is no known cure for SVS - but we find these individuals are some of the happiest.
